2. Pre-Qualification – Do you even qualify for this type of loan?
It’s important to understand that not everyone will qualify for this type of loan exposure through our lender. Unfortunately, “risk exposure” is the number one concern, therefore KIMAGE has developed a pre-qualification application to make sure that you don’t waste any time. Pre-Qualify Now!
3. Application Process
Once an investor has pre-qualified through KIMAGE and we have an approval, the application process begins and a checklist is provided in order to further qualify and substantiate the personal information provided on the application. The application is 10 pages long with additional forms that must be filled out in order to apply. 4. Funding Process
After approval from the lender it can take up to 4 weeks to have the funding in the bank. An Estimated - Final Cost Statement is provided to you, the borrower, and prior to signing off on the loan. KIMAGE manages the Title and Escrow procedures from beginning to end and works diligently to make sure that the procedures are handled in a timely and sufficient manner.
